Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non-bailable offences by the Perinthalmanna Police. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.1467/2013 and 1515/2014 of the Perinthalmanna Police Station and in both cases, he has already been enlarged on bail by the Sessions Court, Manjeri. It has been reported that no other cases have been registered against the petitioner and the Police does not want to arrest the petitioner in connection with any such cases. By recording the said submission, this Bail Application is dismissed.
