Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.43 of 2014 of the Mannar Police Station.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the investigation of this case is over and the Final Report has already been filed. In such case, it is for the petitioner to seek regular bail from the court below. In case, an application for bail is filed, the court below shall dispose of that application preferably on the date of filing itself, provided, advance notice is served on the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.

With the said observations, this bail application is closed.
