Petition for anticipatory bail.

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.252/2014 of Cumbummettu Police Station, Idukki district. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, reported that the investigation of this case is over, Final Report has already been filed by the investigating officer and the matter has been taken on file by the court below as C.C. No.43/15. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. In such case, the Court below shall consider the application for bail, if any filed, preferably on the

B.A.732/2015 same day itself, provided advance notice is served on the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.

With the above said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
