According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non-bailable offences. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner so far and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences.

The above submission is recorded and this Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
