2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by excise officers on the allegation that he has committed the offence under Sec.55(i) of the Kerala Abkari Act. The prosecution case is that he was found selling Indian Made Foreign Liquor on the verandah of her house.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The petitioner was found selling Indian Made Foreign Liquor on the verandah of her house. 3.850 litres of liquor was seized. Prima facie, she has committed the offence. It is not at all proper to grant her anticipatory bail.
