O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2.

Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the police on the allegation that he has committed the offences under Section 55 (g) of Abkari Act. He was found to be in possession of wash used for manufacturing arrack. 3.

Heard.

4.

Even after the arrest of a person for an offence under the Abkari Act, the statute has imposed some restrictions on the court in granting bail. Worse is the situation here. Moreover, the learned counsel submits that his information is that final report has already been filed. There is no merit in this application.

In the result, this application is dismissed. sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE R.AV
