According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.151/2015 of the Kottakkal Police Station for some non-bailable offences. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner so far and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences.

5. In case, the police want to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non bailable offences relating to the matter referred to in the petition, he shall be given an

B.A. No.858 of 2015 opportunity to approach this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

With the said observation, this bail application is dismissed.
