Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1735/2014 of the Venjaramoodu Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 380 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the petitioner is the 1st accused in the crime, and the investigation in the matter is over and Final Report has already been filed before the court below. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. In such event of surrender within 10 days from today, the Court below shall

B.A. No. 873 of 2015 dispose of the application seeking bail, on the date of filing itself, provided, advance notice is served on the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.

With the said observation, this Bail Application is disposed of.
