Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner who apprehends that he will be arrested by the second respondent on the accusation that he has committed some non-bailable offences against one Suni.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the second respondent has not registered any case against the petitioner on the basis of the complaint lodged by Suni. 3.
The learned counsel submits that the second respondent summoned the petitioner to the police station. 4.
Having regard to the facts of the case, it is sufficient to record that the second respondent shall comply with Section 41A Cr.P.C. if a case is registered against the petitioner.
B.A. No.930 of 2015 -2In the result, with the above direction this application is dismissed.
