O R D E R
Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1810 of 2014 of Attingal Police Station registered for the offence under 376 IPC. It is submitted that he has been in custody since 04.02.2014 and the investigation is practically over ad he may be released on bail.
2. Heard.
3. It is not in dispute that the investigation is almost over. The further detention of the petitioner is not necessary for completion of the investigation.
In the result, the application is allowed.
1. The petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
2. The petitioner shall not contact or communicate with the victim or members of her family nor shall he

3. If the petitioner violates any of the above conditions, the court of enquiry/trial is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
