Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non bailable offences. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that no crime has been registered against the petitioner so far at Kadackal Police Station and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences. The said submission is recorded.
5. In case, the police want to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non bailable offences in the matter
B.A. No.953 of 2015 referred to in the petition, the investigating officer shall give an opportunity to the petitioner to approach this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
With the said observation, this bail application is dismissed.
