According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.58/2015 of the Ambalathara Police Station, Kasaragod.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the petitioner is only a suspect in the crime and he has not been arraigned as an accused in the crime. It seems that presently the petitioner need not have an apprehension of arrest. In case, the police wants to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non-bailable offence involved in the crime, he shall be given

B.A. No. 971 of 2015 an opportunity to approach this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
