O R D E R

The sole accused in Crime No. 1840/2014 of Kollam West Police Station is the petitioner herein. 2.

The father of the girl filed a complaint alleging that the petitioner herein had abducted his daughter. Originally the Crime was registered under Section 57A of the Kerala Police Act and thereafter Sections 363 of I.P.C was incorporated. The allegation is that he had abducted the girl.

3.

The contention of the petitioner is that the daughter of the de facto complainant had attained the age of majority, that they were in love and now they had entered into a matrimonial relationship. It is futher alleged that they have solemnised their marriage at Puthiyakavu Sree Bhagavathi temple on 29.01.2015 and

B.A. No. 981 of 2015 the marriage has been registered under the Kerala Registration of Marriages (Common) Rules, 2008. The marriage certificate issued by the temple is produced as Annexure A1 and marriage certificate issued by the statutory authority as Annexure A2. In the light of the above, it appears that they have voluntarily entered into a matrimonial relationship and the investigation till now has not revealed any thing to the contra.

In the light of the above, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions: 1.The Petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 23.07.2015 between 10 a.m and 11 a.m and undergo interrogation. After interrogation, he shall be released on bail on he executing a bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for the like sum each.
