O R D E R

Petitioner is the second accused in CC No.521 of 2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court -II, Thrissur. Petitioner is alleged to have snatched a gold chain weighing 1 1⁄2 sovereigns the defacto complainant was wearing. The incident happened at 09.15 in the night.

2. Heard the learned counsel. He submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 01.01.2015 and bail may be granted to him. The final report has already been filed.
