Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 294(b) 323, 324 and 452 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that he along with the coaccused assaulted the victim with a piece of fire wood causing very serious injuries to him.

Heard.

The victim was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit where he was operated upon for the injuries sustained on the head. It appears that the fire wood used was a very heavy one. There is a prima facie case against the petitioner. It is not proper to grant him anticipatory bail.
