O R D E R

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1090 of 2014 of Enathu Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 366 and 376 of IPC and 3(a) r/w 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. He has been in custody since 11.11.2014.

2. Heard.

3. Since the petitioner has been in custody since 11.11.2014, he is entitled to statutory bail.

In the result, this application is allowed.

1. The petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court.

2. He shall appear before the investigating officer on every first and third Saturdays between 03.00 p.m. and 04.00 a.m. for three months, or till the final report is filed, whichever is earlier.

3. He shall not attempt to influence the witnesses or destroy the evidence nor shall he leave the State of Kerala without the previous permission of the Magistrate concerned.

4. He shall surrender his passport, if any, within 7 days of his release before the learned Magistrate. If he does not have one, he shall file affidavit to that effect within the said period.

5. If the petitioner violates any of the above conditions, the court concerned is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
