O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest by the Palluruthy police in connection with some nonbailable offences. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no crime has been registered against the petitioner so far and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that as per his instructions, there was a complaint from one Shibi Sherly as against the petitioner regarding breach of contract and both the parties were called to the police station and the matter was amicably settled.

Whatever it is, in case the police wants to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non bailable offence relating to the matter narrated in this petition, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to move this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

With the said observations, this Bail Application is disposed of.
