~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.89/2015 of Punalur Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 324 and 326 read with Section 34 IPC. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that the investigation is over and final report has been filed in the matter before the court below. Matters being so, the petitioner can surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. In such case, the court below shall dispose of the application on the date of filing itself, provided advance
