------------ Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2.
Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the police in Crime No.930/2012 which has been registered following the suicide of his daughter-in-law. The case was registered under section 174 Cr.P.C. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is only the suspect and he will not be proceeded against unless evidence is collected that he is responsible for the death of the deceased. It appears that his apprehension as of now is not reasonable. In the result, this application is dismissed. sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE R.AV //True Copy// PA to Judge
