ORDER

The petitioner is alleged to have sexually abused a minor girl aged 13 years and thus committed the offence under Sections 354(A), (I), (II) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Heard.

3. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is aged 65 years and he may be granted anticipatory bail. The First Information Statement indicates that he had misbehaved towards other girls also. It is not proper to grant him anticipatory bail.
