The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 452, 324 and 307 of Indian Penal Code.

He allegedly stabbed the victim with a knife causing him very serious injuries.

Heard.

The wound certificate of the victim shows that he sustained three incised wounds near the chest and back of the chest. The condition of the victim was very dangerous. There is no justification at all for granting anticipatory bail.
In the result, this application is dismissed. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer. He may do so if he is so advised.
