ORDER
According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with some non-bailable offences by the police. It seems that the petitioners had entered into a contract with the Police department for the installation of Electronic Beat System, and some mutual complaints are there at present. It has been reported by the learned senior Public Prosecutor that, no crime has been registered against them anywhere in the State of Kerala. I am of the view that there need not be any apprehension of arrest in connection with any non-bailable offence. In case the police wants to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non-bailable offence
B.A.1185/2015 relating to the matter, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to approach this court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C. With the said observation, this bail application is dismissed. Sd/- B.KEMAL PASHA, JUDGE dl // TRUE COPY // PA to Judge
