2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.238/2015 of the Attingal Police Station.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that in the investigation, it has come out that the complaint registered by the de facto complainant is false and a report to that effect has already been filed by the investigating officer before the court below on 15.2.2015.
