O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2.
The petitioner has allegedly committed the offence under Sections 354 and 451 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The prosecution case is that he trespassed into the house of the victim aged 35 years and outraged her modesty. 4.
Heard.
5.
The materials relied on by the prosecution indicate the presence of the petitioner in the house of the victim during night. The petitioner has not been able to explain his presence there. Detailed investigation is necessary. Granting anticipatory bail will frustrate the investigation. So I am not inclined to grant this prayer.
In the result, this application is dismissed. Submission of the learned counsel that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer is recorded. sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE R.AV //True Copy// PA to Judge
