Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1/2015 of the Excise Circle Office, Kunnathunadu, Ernakulam. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the offence alleged against the petitioner is one under Section 20(b)(ii)(a) of the NDPS Act, 1985. The said offence is bailable.
