ORDER

Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non-bailable offences.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no crime has been registered against the petitioner so far and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences.

4. If the police wants to arrest the petitioner, in connection with any non-bailable offence, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court once again, under Section 438

B.A.1357/2015 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the said observations, this bail application is disposed of.
