O R D E R
The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.29 of 2014 of Aryancode Police Station registered under Sections 323, 341, 324 and 308 read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
2. Heard.
3. It appears that the petitioner had earlier filed an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. in the above said crime, seeking for the the relief, which is sought for in this application. The said application was dismissed by this Court as per order dated 28.02.2015 in B.A.No.1308 of 2014 on merits after considering the matter in detail. In the said circumstances, I find no reason to entertain this application seeking for the same relief.
In the result, this application stands dismissed, However,the petitioner shall be at liberty to surrender before the Sub Inspector of Police, Aryancode Police Station within ten days from today, if so advised. In the event of such surrender by the petitioner, the Sub Inspector of Police shall
B.A.No. 1416 of 2015 produce the petitioner before the jurisdictional Magistrate after interrogation. If the petitioner files any application for bail on his production before the jurisdictional Magistrate, the learned Magistrate shall consider and dispose of the application for bail, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
