Petition for anticipatory bail.

According to the petitioners, they apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No.771/2014 of the Thamarassery Police Station. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that the investigation is over and Final Report has already been filed by the investigating officer before the court below. The petitioners can approach the court below with an application for regular bail, and in such case, the Court below shall dispose of the application for bail, preferably, on the same day itself, provided, advance notice is issued to the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.
