Petition for anticipatory bail.

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.827/2014 of the Bakel Police Station, Kasaragod District. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the investigation of the case is over and Final Report has already been filed by the investigating officer before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Hosdurg on 27.2.2015. The petitioner is the 5th accused in the case. It is for the petitioner to seek regular bail from the court below, and in such case, the Court below shall dispose of the application seeking bail, preferably, on the same day itself, provided advance notice is served on the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.

B.A. No. 1492 of 2015 With the said observation, this bail application is disposed of.
