O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

The petitioners are alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 354 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that they assaulted the victim and outraged her modesty. It is submitted that the police have registered a case against the victim and others also, Crime No.65/2015. The prosecution has no case that the victim sustained any serious injuries. Having regard to these facts I am inclined to grant the prayer for anticipatory bail. In the result, this application is allowed.
1) The petitioners shall be released on bail after interrogation on their executing a bond for Rs.Twenty five thousand only each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if they are arrested by the Police in connection with this case.
2) The petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if they are so required by him in writing.
3) The petitioners shall not destroy or tamper with
B.A. No.1502 of 2015 evidence.
4) The petitioners shall not harass the defacto complainant or their relatives. They shall cooperate with the investigation.
5) In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
