Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 3 and 7 of Essential Commodities Act and under Section 5A of Kerala Rationing Order. 3.

He is an employee of Maveli store. It is alleged that he unauthorisedly sold two bags of rice to a stranger. 3.

Heard.

Petitioner was working as a salesman in a Maveli store. He was the custodian of the key of the store room. it was found that he sold two bags of rice unauthorisedly. The nature of the case requires his custodial interrogation. It is not proper to grant him anticipatory bail.
