Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.199/2015 of Chengannur Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 326 read with Section 34 of the I.P. C.

The petitioner is aged 17 only and therefore, he could only be styled as a juvenile in conflict with law. He need not have any apprehension of arrest in the matter. The case against him has to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000.
