Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.648 of 2014 of Thrithala Police station registered for the offences under Secs.341 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Going by the synopsis, the accusation against him is that he transported river sand without a permit or other authority.

3. Heard both sides.
