ORDER

Petition filed under Section 439(1) Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.104/2015 of Mavelikara Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 447, 323, 506(ii), 452, 302 read with 34 IPC. The other accused are his parents and brother. The allegation is that on account of their previous enmity they committed murder of one Kunjumon Looshas, aged 62 years. He has been in custody since 5.2.2015.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The investigation is only in progress. The facts of the case indicate that there is every chance of the petitioner destroying the evidence and intimidating the witnesses if he is released on bail at this stage .
