Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has not been so far identified as the accused in the case and at present the police have no intention to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any nonbailable offences. In case the police wants to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non bailable offence in the

said crime, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C. With the said observations, this Bail Application is disposed of.
