ORDER
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.678 of 2014 of Kalpetta Police Station alleged to have committed the offence under Section 304 IPC.
3. According to the prosecution he was conducting a poultry farm, unauthorizedly he erect an electric fence around it, a person came into contact with the fence and died.
4. Heard.
5. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had nothing to do with the poultry farm. But the statement of Jameela to whom the property belongs shows that she gave the property to the petitioner for five years to conduct a poultry farm. That transaction took place in 2011. The petitioner has produced Annexure-A1 to prove that he gave the property to the co-accused for conducting the poultry farm. A perusal of the document proves that it is only a part of a document. The other part has been suppressed. Prima facie, the petitioner is involved in the commission of the offence he is not entitled to anticipatory bail. In the result, this application is dismissed.
