Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 379 of Indian Penal Code and the relevant Sections under Section 23(A) read with Section 25 of the Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of removal of Sand Act.

It is submitted that final report has already been filed. Since the investigation is over detention of the petitioner may not be necessary. But the petitioner may appear before the learned Magistrate concerned and apply for bail. With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of.
