O R D E R

Petitioners are accused 5 and 6 in Crime No. 187/2015 of Nemmara Police Station registered for the offences under sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 294(b), 506(ii) r/w 149. They are students of a college. The prosecution case is that because of political enmity they assaulted some other students with deadly weapons causing them injuries. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are aged below 20 years and they may be granted anticipatory bail.

3. The first petitioner is involved in another criminal case which also relates to violence on the campus. In spite of the attempts being made to create awareness among students to eschew violence the petitioners resorted to violence. There is no justification for it. Merely because
