O R D E R

Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Section 306 IPC. The prosecution case is that he was instrumental in the death of one Asna who committed suicide by jumping into a well.

The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner and the deceased were in love and he had no role in her death. But the suicide note left behind by the girl shows that he had a role in her death. It is to be investigated into. It is not proper to grant anticipatory bail.
