Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is said to have committed the offences under sections 47(A)a, 47(C), 47(G), 47(F)(i), 47(H) read with section 52 & 61 of Kerala Forest Act. The allegation is that he along with the co-accused was found to be in possession of 11 pieces of a sandal wood log.

3. Heard.

4. The petitioner's involvement in the incident was revealed in the confession statement of the co-accused. It is relevant under section 30 of the Evidence Act.
