ORDER

Petitioners apprehend that they will be arrested on the accusation that they have committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against them at the Kayamkulam Police station and their apprehension is baseless. It appears that there is no reasonable ground for the petitioners to apprehend that they will be arrested by the Kayamkulam Police.

In the result, this application is dismissed. If the petitioners happen to be arrested for the said offence, the Investigating Officer will comply with Section 41A of Cr.P.C. K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE DMR/-
