ORDER
Petitioner is the first accused in Crime No. 557/2015 of Pala Police Station. He along with the co-accused are alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 323, 324, 308 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the accused armed with deadly weapons formed themselves into unlawful assembly and assaulted the victim.
2. Heard.
3. The learned counsel submits that the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the victim on the head with an iron rod and it has not been recovered. It appears that if he is released on bail, recovery of the weapon will become
B.A. No. 2010 of 2015 impossible. So, I am not inclined to grant him bail. In the result, this application is dismissed. K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE DMR/-
