Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.155/2015 of Sreekantapuram police station, Kannur District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 506(1), 354 and 294(b) read with Section 34 I.P. C.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that it is a case of mistaken identity.

4. In the result, this Bail Application is allowed. i) The petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for ₹25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two

B.A.2052/2015 solvent sureties each for the like sum if he is arrested by the Police in connection with this case.
