Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.230 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Ponnani. They were co-accused in C.C No.293 of 2011. After taking bail, they failed to appear before the court and the case against them was split up and refiled as C.C. No.230 of 2015. The case as against the coaccused has already been disposed of. Now they pray that they may be granted anticipatory bail.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Proclaimed offenders are not entitled to move anticipatory bail application. So this application cannot be entertained.
