Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Sections 21(c) read with Section 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substance Act.

The investigating officer seized 3.100 kg Hashish Oil from the co-accused. The prosecution case against the petitioner is that it was he who handed over the article to the co-accused and so he also is liable to be punished under the above Sections of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substance Act.

Heard.

The involvement of the petitioner was revealed during investigation. It is necessary to conduct a detailed investigation to ascertain the source from which he allegedly got the contraband article. This is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

In the result, this application is dismissed. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner will
