O R D E R

The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Section 326 IPC. It is alleged that, he assaulted his wife with a stick, causing fracture of a bone.

2. Heard.

3. It appears that, there was difference of opinion between the petitioner and the victim in connection with the marriage of their daughter, which resulted in the incident. Having regard to the nature of this case, I am inclined to grant the prayer for anticipatory bail.

4. In the result, this application is allowed. i) The petitioner shall be released on bail after interrogation on he executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum, if he is arrested by the Police in connection with this case.

B.A. No.2170 of 2015 ii) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if he is so required by him in writing. iii) He shall not destroy or tamper with evidence. iv) He shall not harass the defacto complainant or her relatives.

v) In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
