O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 2, 27(i) (e) and (iv) of the Forest Act. 3.

The allegation is that he removed the bark of Edana trees from the reserve forest. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer. On his surrender the investigating officer shall take into consideration the nature of the offence. In the result, these applications are disposed of recording the submission of the learned counsel that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer at 10.00 a.m on 03.06.2015.
