O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be arrested by the Police on the accusation that he has committed a non bailable offence. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner at Peringome Police Station and his apprehension is not reasonable.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. There is no reason to believe that the petitioner's apprehension is well founded.
