Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.PC.

Petitioner is the first accused in OR No.5/2015 of Neriyamangalam Forest Range Office registered for the offences under Sections Wild Life Protection Act 1972 under Sections 2(16), 9, 39, 50, and Kerala Forest Act 1967 under Section 27(e) iv. 3.

The Forest Officers seized meat of deer from the house belonging to the petitioner's sister. He along with his mother resides in that house. According to the prosecution the statement of the mother proves his involvement in the commission of the offences.

A perusal of the case diary shows that the petitioner was involved in the commission of the offences. Detailed investigation is necessary. Granting anticipatory bail to him will frustrate the investigation.
