Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.369 of 2015 of Sasthamcotta Police station registered for the offences under Secs.143, 147, 148, 324, 326 and 308 read with Sec.149 of Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that they armed with deadly weapons formed themselves into an unlawful assembly and assaulted the victim with the weapons.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The first informant sustained fracture on his left little finger. The weapons have so far not been recovered. If the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail it will adversely affect the investigation of the case. In the result, the bail application is dismissed. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners will surrender before the investigating officer. They may do so if they are so advised.
